- European publications: 2-6 weeks
- other publications: 4-8 weeks

- You may cancel your order if:
- delivery terms have not been kept
- significant changes in prices have occurred
- Ordered publications can be:
- dispatched to your address by registered mail, delivery costs differ depending
on your order weight and your delivery destination
- sent by courier delivery (free shipping in Poland on orders over 100 PLN; invoice paid by bank transfer for institutions; 100% prepay required for individuals)
- delivered by our representative
- collected personally from our bookstore
- Payment terms:
- institutions: will receive an invoice, to be paid by bank transfer within 7-14 days
- individuals: pre-pay 20% (cash with order), remaining 80% to be paid upon delivery (cash, postal order)
- customers outside Poland: pre-pay all orders
